Sturgeon can be caught all year long, but spring and early summer are the prime times to catch the big boys.  If you want to catch a big oversized, fishing during the peak of the shad run in June is ideal.  This is a catch and release fishery.  Keeper fish can be targeted from January 1st-June.  We fish the Snake and Columbia Rivers and utilize my local knowledge of the region to key in on the highest percentage spots!
